Flight Canceled - Refund still not received after 1 month

Dear Madam/Sir, On May 4, 2025, I booked flight ZB7002 from Brussels to Tirana with your airline, departing September 20, 2025. On September 4, 2025, you informed me of the cancellation of this flight, and I was not offered any alternative for rerouting. I received a call and an e-mail on September 17 that I would receive a refund. To date, I have not received a refund of the amount paid. I hereby request a full refund of the ticket price of €229.40 in accordance with European law. Please pay this amount within 7 days by bank transfer to the bank account used for the booking and send me a confirmation of the payment on karen.vandepoel@gmail.com.
