Dear Borhan
On 2 March, I entered into an agreement with you for the complete renovation of my bathroom. This renovation included boxing in my condensing boiler and providing a door in the boxing so that the boiler would remain accessible for maintenance and repairs. The works commenced on 22 April and were completed in mid-May.
After the completion of the works, the automatic air vent in the condensing boiler needed to be replaced. However, upon arrival, the technician discovered that the boxing made it impossible to open the boiler and replace the part. The call-out costs for this unnecessary visit amounted to €114.48 (invoice attached).
As you have not responded to my numerous WhatsApp messages (the communication medium you use) between June 2024 and September 2024, I feel compelled to contact you via this route to prompt action.
I kindly request that you resolve this issue as soon as possible at your expense and reimburse the already incurred cost of €114.48. Kindly respond within 7 days to schedule an appointment to discuss the practical arrangements. Should you fail to do so, I will be forced to take further steps to protect my rights.
Yours sincerely
Iris De Rijcker
