"With my Customer-centric mindset, I was really keen to join THE Belgian Consumers Association and contribute to the consumers defense. Test Achats / Test Aankoop is a well-known, trusted and respected Belgian Consumers Association. For the last 60 years, its mission hasn’t changed even though the organization has continuously adapted to the new consuming reality, pursuing nowadays its adaptation to stay in line with its time (for example : the digital transformation). At first, I appreciated the recruitment approach: letting a candidate and then employees be themselves. I feel free to propose new ideas, to organize my work and feel comfortable to “ask” anything to anyone, whatever the hierarchy level.  As a Human Resource perceptive, a real effort seems to be done to improve the employees’ experience.
