Beste, ik ben een fervente gebruikers van jullie app Vinted. Ik ben constant op zoek naar leuke kleren om te verkopen via jullie app. Gisteren werd mijn account permanent geblokkeerd. Een gebruiker van de app heeft mijn kleren gerapporteerd als 'Fake'. Dit is pertinent onwaar , want de meeste kleren die ik aanbied zijn na zorgvuldig zoeken gekocht via jullie eigen app. Zo hebben ik de voorbije jaren al kleren verkocht aan tientallen tevreden gebruikers. Ik snap niet dat één iemand kan zorgen voor een definitieve verbanning. Ik ben geen fraudeurs, maar een eerlijk student die via jullie app een zakcentje bijverdient. Kunnen jullie dit aub rechtzetten? Want dit is een onrechtvaardige beslissing waarvan ik hoop ze niet te moeten aanvechten via mijn raadsheer. Met vriendelijke groeten. (zie bijlage voor de aankoop bewijzen van de artikels die later op mijn profiel als 'fake' werden beschouwd)

Hello! Yesterday my account (manonpaquay) has been blocked because 6 items in my vinted closet were ‘fake’ alltough these items were bought on vinted itself. I tried to contact the costumers service several times but they just ignore me. Can my account please be unblocked. I would rather not challenge this situation with my lawyer.

Hello this isn’t helping me any further... I am telling you all my articles were real, I even have prove of it. I even purchased the articles on vinted itself. If ur telling me that vinted is very strict with counterfair products how is it possible that these items are fake. Please look in to my case and don’t Send just a basic answer or I will have to discuss this mistake with my lawyer!

Hello! So my account has been blocked a couple days before, because I was selling 'fake' items. First of all I am 100% shure that the items I was selling were real. Second of all, 4 of the 5 items vinted claimed to be fake are bought on vinted. So I reached out to the help center on the vinted app and the website, till yesterday vinted ignored my problem. But yesterday I recieved from 2 different colleauges a message that I needed to send them more pictures. I send more detailed pictures of the clothes + an screenshot of proof that I bought it on vinted. This morning I got an answer of Elena that 1 of my items was fake not 5 items (altough I am shure it is real), so i sended more clear pictures but she ignored me again. This afternoon I got an answer of Wajdi that the other 4 items were fake (altough again I am shure it is real). (I inclueded 2 screenshots from ur 2 colleauges where they claim that my items are fake) So you see your colleauges contradict each other. I demand you that you unblock my account! Because clearly this isnt a right dessicion! My userame is manonpaquay. Thanks in advance Manon

Since you uploaded an item that doesn't seem to be authentic, you have violated our Catalogue Rules (which can be found here: s:www.vinted.fr/catalog-rules) as well as French laws fighting against counterfeiting. Your account has now been permanently blocked, because you ignored our messages and violated Vinted rules even after promising to no longer upload items that are against Vinted's policy. However, if you think this is a mistake and your item is not counterfeit, please send us proof of authenticity so that we can establish its authenticity (logos, serial number, seams, etc.).
